We met at work! We were friends for a good while, then the rest is history!

When, where and how was the marriage proposal?
London Carriage Works in Liverpool, this is where we had our first proper date. We chose the ring together at Rox Liverpool.

Stunning grounds, exclusivity, and amazing staff at the wedding showcases. It was the first venue we looked at, and we booked straight away!

Absolutely incredible! The staff at Eaves Hall are simply the best – we are so grateful for the support we received.

Who helped plan your wedding? Did anyone in particular bring your wedding to life?
Thornton Events were amazing, we pestered them a lot and they couldn’t do enough for us! The staff at Eaves Hall, Amber, Emily, and everyone else helped us plan the finer details. Nothing was too much, and we never felt like a burden despite emailing every other day with changes and questions.

How did your event run on the day? Was there anybody who stood out?
Jen was absolutely superb – I don’t know what we’d have done without Jen on the day. What a woman!
Your theme
Did you have a theme or colour scheme for your wedding?
We went for white/neutral everything. We wanted timeless, classy glam with lots of candles and white flowers!

Were there any extra special unique touches that you included in your day?
We added drinks tags with our wedding logo to all of our Pimms for the drink’s reception, everyone commented on how yummy the Pimms were and they loved the little touch of the drinks tags.

Tell us about your entertainment on the day?
Abbie Hanlon sang at our drink’s reception; Exceed Events were our DJ and Arthur from Musique was our saxophonist. Everyone was absolutely incredible, and the day wouldn’t have been the same without all our incredible entertainment.

Who was your photographer? Why did you choose them?
Laura Wade. I absolutely loved her work, so classy and elegant. And to top it off she was such a calming, beautiful presence on the day, she went above and beyond from start to finish. Lauren Potts (Brides of Social) was our content creator and she provided us with hundreds of beautiful pictures and videos the day after the wedding! Her work is amazing, and she was also such an amazing presence throughout the day!
