This level of organisation put my mind at ease from start to finish. She thought of everything and more. A seriously 10/10 experience
The Shireburn Arms were fantastic, our wedding had to be rescheduled due to the groom having a stoke two weeks before the original date and the Shireburn were incredible in helping up cancel and rebook the wedding. The wedding day went smoothly, and Sarah our wedding coordinator (as well as the functions team) took time to understand what we wanted and ensured everything ran smoothly! A seriously 10/10 experience – above and beyond when accommodating an unusual circumstance.
Nothing was too much trouble
The wedding team at the Shireburn Arms made everything easy for a particularly anxious and over-thinking bride and groom who had a multitude of questions and worries as the months went by. Nothing was too much trouble and we truly believe the day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without this hospitable team. You have a tight budget? They can cater to you. You was to splurge on something? No problem! Want something different? They have the details for you. It really was the perfect venue.
They went above and beyond
I could not recommend Shireburn Arms any more, from the start of the planning process until the day of our wedding, they went above and beyond to give us the perfect wedding day we could have ever wished for. Their attention to detail was second to none and nothing was too much for them. They really made us feel like individuals rather than just another bride and groom on their list. We could honestly not fault a thing about them!

They helped with every detail
Sarah and the team created our perfect wedding in just 2 months. We couldn’t have asked for more. From our first meeting it was clear how organised and professional the venue were going to be. They helped with every detail and were quick to reply to all queries. They tailored our wedding to exactly what we wanted and at quite short notice. The recommendations for suppliers who knew the venue was also much appreciated given the tight turn around. Venue, food and accommodation could not be faulted!

The venue listened to everything we wanted!
We loved this venue… Gorgeous setting and perfect room size. It was great having both rooms upstairs along with the games room and outdoor space. Our planning sessions were brilliant, really informative and the venue listened to everything we wanted. Everyone who stayed loved the rooms and the bridal suite was amazing!!
No other wedding team we looked at were as accommodating
The Shireburn Arms team were incredible from start to finish. No other wedding team we looked at were as accommodating or understood our vision in the way that they did and they executed it flawlessly. Nothing was too much trouble and we would not have wanted our wedding to be held anywhere else.

she was just amazing, so approachable and friendly
As soon as we saw the Shireburn Arms I knew this was the place we NEEDED to get married. The twilight package that was offered was perfect and exactly what we were looking for! Sarah was our main point of contact through our wedding and she was just amazing, so approachable, friendly and had an ability to help you realise the vision that you wanted for your wedding. She listened to what we were looking for and then managed to bring it all together. All the staff were amazing the venue was fab!

The level of professionalism, problem solving, empathy, reassurance and dedication to our wedding continuing as planned was second to none.
Sarah was outstanding from start to finish. We clicked from the very first appointment and she really put my ideas and vision to life. We had a power cut (issue due to national grid, not the venue) on the day of our wedding while we where getting ready and it lasted around 2 hours. The level of professionalism, problem solving, empathy, reassurance and dedication to our wedding continuing as planned was second to none. It left us feeling calm and relaxed during a potentially panic inducing moment.

Sarah is truly amazing in her job!
Sarah pulled all the stops out to give us exactly what we wanted, anything we asked for she made it possible or pointed us in the right direction! She kept in touch with us right through to the special day and was always available for a chat when we needed anything, Sarah is truly amazing in her job and the day wouldn’t of gone as smoothly without her. The venue and food were also spot on , the staff were polite and professional and helped the older guests with anything they needed!
